Orders are shipped within 7-12 business days. Please note that the delivery time will depend on your location and season time. Express shipping:

We do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time. We will in the near future. Please note delivery times before purchasing.

We offer world wide FREE  shipping on all orders.

Lost/Missing Packages:
Mae & Hans is not responsible if the incorrect address is placed during checkout or if the package is undelivered for various reasons. Therefore, please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order made for you.

Orders in different packages:
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
